Lynda joined Bald Head Realty in 2021 and quickly developed a reputation for attentive communication, honest guidance and strong client advocacy. After becoming the owner of the brokerage in 2026, she began building upon the company's established local history by introducing stronger systems, elevated marketing and a more consistent client experience.

She believes every property has a story—and successful marketing requires more than a standard description and a collection of photographs. Lynda takes the time to identify the features that make each property distinctive, whether that includes mountain views, creek frontage, acreage, privacy, craftsmanship, workshops, guest accommodations or investment potential.

She then creates a customized listing strategy that may include detailed pricing analysis, property-preparation recommendations, professional photography, drone imagery, compelling property descriptions, digital marketing and targeted exposure.
